James Goldman
James Goldman is the Founder, President, and Managing Director of Bighawk, LLC (“Bighawk”). Prior to launching Bighawk, Mr. Goldman was the Founder/CEO of JWG Associates, Inc., a $135 million advertising agency with 250 employees in 10 offices in the US that was acquired in 2001 by TMP Worldwide, Inc. In 1996, Mr. Goldman also founded Editorial Urbano Publishing, which was acquired by Crain’s Communications, Inc. in 2001. Mr. Goldman is an angel investor and continues to develop new business ventures. Mr. Goldman is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, School of Management, and was a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO), UJA and AIPAC.

Nick Mazing
Nick Mazing is the founder and portfolio manager of Ampera Capital LLC, a long-short equity asset manager seeded by Bighawk. Prior to founding Ampera, Mr. Mazing was a portfolio manger at Bighawk, focusing on public and private equity investments. He holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from Columbia Business School and has worked in the consumer/retail investment banking group at Lehman Brothers as well as Aramark Corporation. Mr. Mazing is a former Trustee of the American College of Sofia.
